Aquasana premium shower filter uses a patented two-stage, dual media filter comprising of copper/zinc media and coconut shell carbon to remove over 90% of chlorine, chloramines, synthetic contaminants while being effectively antimicrobial and improving your air quality and enhancing the water pH balance for the healthiest shower experience. The up-flow of water can better maintain a stable pressure and increase the contact time with the water filter.

How to Purchase

Purchase and Delivery
Order online：
  1. Select the product you would like to purchase.
  2. Click "Purchase Now" button and add the product to shopping cart.
  3. Click "Proceed to checkout" for account registration and payment.
Ordering via phone：
  1. Please specify the model and quantity needed when placing your order via phone call.
  2. Once Customer Service has confirmed that stocks are available, please leave recipient's name, shipping address and contact number.
Ordering via email：
  1. Once you send an email to order Aquasana products, we will contact you within 1 working day to confirm communication.
  2. Once stocks are available, we will then confirm the recipient's name, shipping address and contact number with you.
Delivery：
  1. Your order will be shipped to you via SF Express service.
  2. "Cash on Delivery" service is available for phone orders or email orders.
  3. While special arrangements for deliveries may be made, the ultimate delivery time will be confirmed by SF Express.
Returns and Maintenance
  • Should you find any faults with your products within 14 days of receiving them, please contact our Customer Service hotline and indicate both the order number and the problem
